2. This must be from an older book. None of the answers are correct. Email scanners are the norm now. Unknown malware is detected by activities and other means. I don't know of any anti-virus program that takes very long to install. With auto-updates and free programs, it is pretty easy an free. So none of the above is a correct answer.
