Norton security suite wont run what do I do?

I got Norton security suite free from Comcast and it worked fine. The next day when i turned on my PC it stopped working and 1 click support opens up. What do i do? It wont run. Has this happened to you? What did you do to fix it?

Same thing happened for me. Uninstall and install it again. Hope it will resolve the issue.
Contact Comcast for help. they have a deal with Norton, so the regular download which is for paying customers might not work out for you hope this helps
