3. no, when you download limewire it has you agree to it's EULA that it is not responsible for malware on your computer. you are also letting NIS08 know that this software and everything from it is SAFE, which is not. limewire is a peer 2 peer program (think of it as a big room where everyone exchanges handshakes, if they are sick and you shake their hand, chances are you will get sick too) SAFEST way to get songs is to pay for it
