Norton Security Suite Messed up My keyboard?

my keyboard is operating in permanent caps lock at the moment, norton changed registry files or something, and it occurred directly after that...I tried a system restore, and at first, it was blocked by norton, and after disabling norton, i tried to do a system restore, it worked, but the keyboard is still really messed up. any Help would be greatly appreciated. Windows 7 ultimate on a compaq laptop.

1. When you did the system restore, you must also download all the drivers specifically for your laptop. My guess is that you are missing the driver for the keyboard, so try going to another computer and download all the drivers for your Compaq laptop make and model for Windows 7. You can download it to a USB drive and install it from that to your laptop. Good luck
