how to Temperaraly disable Norton Security Suite?

is there someway i can temperaraly disable NSS then easily turn it back on? Im running on a Windows XP

1. normally right click norton's icon in task bar below, and exit. but i wouldn't do it. your system will be open. unless yer offline
