10 pts for best answer... help with the norton security suite toolbar?

i downloaded the norton security suite from comcast but the safe search doesn't work. it was working at first but i changed some settings on my computer because i was trying to install a wireless router. i don't remember what i did. now the safe search doesn't work. i uninstalled norton & reinstalled it again but it still doesn't work. what can i do?? i don't have an account w/ norton. i get it through comcast. this thing is still not working.

  2. click on the norton symbol on the tool bar.which will open it up.then click on enable norton safe web.
  3. You need to Use Norton Uninstall Tool to Completely remove Norton Program and Settings, before trying to rinstall it again. Otherwise it will not reset settings. This should fix the problem.
