Norton Security Suite Download Help?

Whenever i start downloading the security suite, it always stops at 0.00 MB and says "Communications Error" I have no clue what that is talking about. I have internet access and everything! But it just wont download! Please help! i didnt exactly buy it. it comes with a comcast subscription.

1. try restarting, if that doesn't work reset your router, if that dosnt work dont use norton, its a horrible antivirus program.
