Everey time antivirus software is deleting autorun virus frm Pen drve, srprisinly it is not gettin deleted?

Hi Guys, My pen drive is infected with autorun virus. Every time when I insert pendrive, my Antivirus software is showing a message that an autorun trojon virus is deleted from my hard disk. Fine but to my surprise again if I connect pen drive to the system that idiot autorun virus is appearing on my pen drive. I became helpless. How to get rid of this?????? Plz help me. Thank you.

  1. It would be nice to know what anti-virus you're running (you know, the one that won't remove viruses). A sure method way of removing this is with (free) Avast anti-virus: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html Simply opening avast will scan your running processes for any infections. If it asks to reboot the computer, then it won't delete the infection until after restarting the PC. Scan the whole drive, any other drive and the "recycler" and "System Volume Information" folder on all partitions of your hard disks. Also search the registry (start -> run -> regedit, then hit ctrl+F) for "autorun" to find anything that looks like the virus (i.e. has the pen drive drive letter in the directory). You might also have the common "driver.exe" worm, so it wouldn't be bad to search for that in the registry editor too.
  2. Get Kaspersky it will do the job you can download below and its the cheapest palce i found to get it
