Is it better to defrag my computer using the default disk defragmenter, or the defrag on my antivirus software?

Should I use the 'Disk Defragmenter' that comes with Windows to defrag my computer, or use the defragmenter that comes with my antivirus software. Which is better? Thanks for the help!
