I renewed my subscription to Symantec for Norton Anti-virus on 24th April still get expiry notice how to fix?

I renewed my subscription to Symantec for Norton Ant-virus on 24th April but still have a request for payment coming up on my screen. I cannot find an email address to ask why. Do you know how I can contact them?

Norton = evil. Causes so many problems on so many pc's. Norton, or any paid for program, will usually find more spyware than any one free program, but not any more than 2 different free programs. I've found all virus checkers to be as reliable as each other, finding spyware is the problem. I run AVG(virus & spyware), adaware, and superantispyware (and occassionally spybot) to be sure. Easy enough to test them against each other.
First check did u really renew it or did u upgrade it to the lastest version. if u have renewed it then u must have the renewal code and if u have purchased it then there should be an order no. For renewal : If u have puchased for 2006 click on help and support and select subscription then type in ur renewal code and the rest should be taken care of. For upgrade : Go to www.symantecstore.com/orderlookup and type in ur orderno and password and click on find it will give u ur order and then click on find it will find ur order and u have to click on download it would download and install automatically.
