How do you upgrade Symantec Norton Antivirus to Symantec Endpoint?

Hi Guys I have a antivirus software known as Symantec Norton Antivirus. My dad told me to update my antivirus software to Symatec Endpoint, an upgraded version from Symatec Norton Antivirus. Does anyone know how to do this???

1. It would be an upgrade to get rid of symantec / norton products. They bog down every computer i've ever seen with them. It feels like a computer has been upgraded significantly when norton is removed.
