How do i make symantec antivirus automatically turn on when i start my computer?

how do i make it so that when i start my computer there isnt that little bubble that says that "symantec antivirus is turned off? i dont want to keep right clicking the icon on the bottom right and enable it every time i turn on my computer. it's so annoying
